All items are final sale. Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at online@theskirt.co.za within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will assist you in addressing the issue. You may exchange an item only for the same item in the same size if it is defective or damaged. Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We cannot hold or guarantee the availability of products requested for exchanges. Availability can change from when you ship your return to when we receive and process it. Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process your refund or exchange upon delivery.
Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, free of any odours or fragrances and in its original packaging.
We will arrange a collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure that the item is properly packaged in its original box.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the condition as stated in this Returns and Exchanges Policy. Following inspection, we will send you a notification as soon as your credit has been processed to your The Skirt account, or your requested exchange is on its way. If you are eligible for an exchange or credit, we will either provide you a store credit back to your The Skirt account, minus delivery charges or we will ship your exchange product, as applicable.
Please allow at least 7 days from the date we receive your return to process your credit or exchange, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary.
You will receive a store credit via your The Skirt account to use for future purchases. You can use this credit to shop any items on our site at your convenience. You will receive an email confirming the credit and it can take up to 5 working days to appear into your store account.
